The models are made of printed cardboard (300 g). They are punched at the fold lines and cut out along the outer edges. The side parts and glue tabs can be easily folded and glued, creating the example shown. Assembly instructions are included. Have fun.

The legendary Synthesizer
PPG Wave-2
Digital technology for futuristic Sounds
Palm Products GmbH (also Palm Products Germany, commonly abbreviated as PPG) was a manufacturer of synthesizers. PPG was founded by Wolfgang Palm and was based in Hamburg. From 1975 to 1987, the company made a well-known and versatile range of electronic musical instruments, all designed by Wolfgang Palm himself.
In 1981, PPG had great success with the release of the PPG Wave 2. It was sold for around 16,500 Deutsche Marks (€8,400). It featured analog envelopes, LFOs, filters, and digital wavetable oscillators for sound generation. While conventional analog synthesizers could only handle 5 or 6 waveforms per oscillator, the PPG Wave 2 offered 64 selectable waveforms per oscillator, from 30 individual waveforms. In total, this gave 1,920 waveforms per oscillator. Tangerine Dream helped with the development of the synthesizer. An analog VCF and VCA were added to give the sound more warmth and to prevent it from sounding too thin, like the Wavecomputer 360.
